Pet-friendly hotel with INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL views as a bonus. Incredibly welcoming and courteous staff members, who brought up our complaint to the manager. Magnificent location in the San Juan area. Also - just off Ponce where there are more stores and the central mountains.
